Long sleeve shirt by comme des garcons plus (1997), made from medium-shiny poly-silk blend fabric that either is or is similar to a shantung. Fairly normal shirty construction and details (point collar, chest pocket, cuffs) apart from covered front placket 20% wider than usual (5cm wide vs your average placket width of 4cm (which incidentally is a sort of standard width for lots of garment things (4cm waistband, 4cm hem, etc)). Would describe the effect of extra wide placket as subtle but tiny bit disconcerting once you notice it.
